About the UN's SDGs:
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, and provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership. About Samsung Global Goals
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has launched an app called Samsung Global Goals, which aims to encourage users to take action towards achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The app provides information about each of the 17 SDGs and offers suggestions for how individuals can contribute towards their achievement. Users can select one or more goals that they are passionate about and set personal targets for themselves. The app also allows users to track their progress towards these targets, connect with like-minded individuals, and share their achievements on social media platforms. Additionally, Samsung has pledged to donate $5 million over five years to support projects related to the SDGs through its Corporate Citizenship program. How to install Samsung Global Goals on your Android device:
- Click on the Continue To App button on our website. This will redirect you to Google Play.
- Once the Samsung Global Goals is shown in the Google Play listing of your Android device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the Install button located below the search bar and to the right of the app icon.
- A pop-up window with the permissions required by Samsung Global Goals will be shown. Click on Accept to continue the process.
- Samsung Global Goals will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.
